Each charter comes with a skilled crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel costs, and standard beverages. The specifics can vary depending on the type of charter — for example, sunset cruises come with premium drinks and light snacks, whereas business charters offer meeting amenities and custom catering choices.
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability, we suggest making your reservation 2–3 weeks prior, particularly during the high-demand season from May through September. For business gatherings or personal occasions, booking 4–6 weeks beforehand is wise to secure your desired date and allow for any personalized arrangements.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our utmost priority. In the event that our captain deems the weather unsafe, an alternative date will be offered for your charter, or we will issue a full refund. Weather predictions are monitored regularly, and should the forecast be concerning, we will reach out to you 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Guests are welcome to bring personal food items and drinks. Alternatively, we provide an extensive catering service with menus tailored to your tastes. Please be reminded that for safety, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to accommodate all guests on our yachts. Certain vessels are equipped with enhanced accessibility features. For any specific requirements, we advise contacting us during the booking process so we can suggest the appropriate yacht and make any necessary preparations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations submitted 72 hours or more before departure are eligible for a complete refund. If cancellation occurs within a period of 24 to 72 hours before departure, a refund of 50% is applied. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the departure time are not refundable, excluding cases of adverse weather or equipment malfunctions from our side.
